Returns

We offer a 90-day return request period, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging may be refused.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not guarantee that original shipping costs are refundable.

We may provide return instructions or the appropriate return address once the request is approved.


Return Address

Return addresses may vary depending on the fulfillment partner or supplier. The correct return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.


Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, you may return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items not in original condition

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Certain hygiene or personal-care related products once opened


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided:

  • The item is unused

  • Packaging is intact

  • Proof of purchase is included

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless required otherwise by law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Banks or card providers may require additional time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed packages

may be subject to reshipping fees or partial refund after deduction of shipping costs.
