Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.
Please note that during periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs
We currently offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders.
No hidden fees are charged at checkout. However, international customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on their country.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Drevelo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer may be responsible for reshipping fees

A refund may be issued minus shipping costs
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

We will assist with investigation but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for confirmed deliveries.
